• If you use our vehicle gains checker and request a quote through it: your name, phone number, email address and the vehicle you looked up

• Respond to your enquiry and provide quotes
• Arrange and carry out booked services
• Maintain records of work carried out on your vehicle

• Bensky (Ben Sky Limited) — provides the vehicle gains checker on our site. The tool only loads when you open it. If you request a quote through it, the details you enter are processed by Bensky and emailed to us. See Bensky's privacy policy.
• Google reCAPTCHA — protects our enquiry form from spam and automated abuse. See Google's privacy policy.
• Google Analytics — helps us understand how visitors use our site (analytics cookies are only set if you accept them). See Google's privacy policy.
• Google Ads — tells us which of our ads led to an enquiry (advertising cookies are only set if you accept them; not used for remarketing). See Google's privacy policy.

We do not share your personal information with any other third party except where required by law.

5. How long we keep your information

We retain enquiry and customer information for as long as necessary to provide our services and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, typically no longer than 6 years from your last contact with us, after which it is securely deleted.
