No. It's a software-only calibration change to your ECU — no physical parts are fitted or removed, and it can be reversed back to the factory file at any time.
Yes — a 30-day guarantee, underwritten by me. It covers problems with the calibration file itself: if something isn't right with the map and it can't be resolved, I'll restore your original file and refund the cost of the work. VIEZU's technical support sits behind me on file issues, so problems get fixed properly rather than argued about. To be clear, it's a guarantee against a faulty file — not a guarantee of a specific MPG figure, since real-world economy depends heavily on how and where you drive.
Potentially, yes — most manufacturer warranties can be affected by a remap, as it's classed as a modification. If your vehicle is still under manufacturer warranty, I'll talk you through the risk honestly before going ahead. For peace of mind, I keep a backup of your original factory map and can restore it at any time, for example before a warranty repair or dealer visit.
